Over time, this space will feature Case Studies and White Papers submitted by WOPR invitees and participants.  When possible, papers related to specific WOPR sessions will be posted.  Papers posted here will meet the following guidelines.    

1. We solicit and publicly post papers regardless of whether they are connected to a particular WOPR session or not, PROVIDED that:
   (a) we have written permission and
   (b) the paper has been reviewed and approved by the current advisory board.
2. For a paper submitted in conjunction with a specific WOPR session, where we do not have written permission to share it publicly, we circulate the paper ONLY to the other participants in that same WOPR session.
